Corporate Service Coordinator/Front Office Manager (m/f/d)
The position to be filled is a temporary employment with option of permanent employment by our customer

Your Responsibilities
- Manage reception services
- Meet and greet guests, register in visitor’s calender, and Envoy when becomes available
- Support Visiting Colleague process including office/desk allocation
- Answer incoming calls and take messages
- Monitor and book conference rooms for internal and external meetings
- Anticipate food and beverage requirements for meetings, prepare mise en place, clear and reset
- Manage receipt and distribution of mail, packages & couriers
- Book taxis for visitors or external employees
- Maintain office, stationary, meeting room and office signage
- Monitor daily consumption of drinks and snacks, forecast orders, maintain stock on weekly basis
- Replenish drinks and snacks on an agreed daily service provision
- Prepare team lunches or other business meals upon request
- Support the Corporate Service Manager and Executive Assistants as needed
